I give my school's vision a score of 8 in all mentioned points (Focused on student success, Inspiring, aspirational, concise, memorable, clear); because it is strong in terms of interest in supporting education and the quality of education, but it needs some additions.

Our Re-drafted Vision: 

Pioneering in providing supportive and innovative learning opportunities of high quality to the Qatari community, and generating a generation proud of its Islamic and Qatari identity.

  The problem to be studied: Tamim is a very stubborn student, he plays a lot with tools that distract him from studying, he destroys the tools and property of the class, he speaks in a language that is not completely correct, he is quick to get frustrated and angry, he responds to reinforcement a little and then goes back to his abusive action again, while punishment is completely useless and he does not respond to it. Daily Reflection

  Day 1      I enjoyed the first sessions of this course, and I learned how discussion and sharing help us frame the problem and thus help us solve it.
