Eisenhower Matrix and Decision Making

       The Eisenhower Matrix helps us think about the available options on a regular basis, and classify them from the most important and urgent to the least important and urgent, which leads us to make a balanced and wise decision.      The Eisenhower Matrix is ​​an organizational matrix that organizes tasks and arranges them according to priority, and is divided into four sections: Important and urgent Important but not urgent Not important but urgent Neither important nor urgent. This matrix has been very helpful in guiding me on how to utilize my time and prioritize. It makes work more organized, helps me draw the line of work, to start from the most important to the least important, makes me focus on urgent and important tasks, and gives me the opportunity to delegate someone to perform some urgent, unimportant tasks. I have learned to exclude tasks that are not urgent and unimportant. I can Postponing or canceling it, this regulates my work.

  Day 1      I enjoyed the first sessions of this course, and I learned how discussion and sharing help us frame the problem and thus help us solve it.
